 Book Update!

    Woo! I have reached half way in my book! The book is getting pretty intense to be honest. There's a lot of things I didn't know what would happen, but they're all finally figuring out our main character is possessed, or at least think there is some sort of evil spirit bothering their family. We'll get to that later! I'm trying to get to a good amount in my book so I don't fall behind and have a good amount for the rest of the semester. I have about 180 pages left, but I'm a really slow reader so I hope I can finish this on time. I have faith in myself, though. This is just going to be a book update so I can catch my readers up on what's going on in the book. I'm also still behind on making blog updates so I need to think of something else to do for this week. I hope I can somehow manage to write as much as last year, it's also more difficult to find more photos to add for some more pizzazz. Without further ado, onto the book!

Our main character, Laetitia finally opened up to her grandma and her mother about what's going on. Her mother witnessed some things that freaked her out, so now she knows these dreams aren't just any old dreams. They ended up taking her to the doctor, but it's not like that would've helped her in the first place. They just took her there to see if anything was up and anything that may be strange happening to her, but of course since we know this is a possession, doctors will be able to do nothing. The doctor ends up taking this all the wrong way and thinks that there's some sort of abuse going on at Laetitia's home. Laetitia doesn't have the best life, she's had a lot of struggles going on in the past. For example, when she was younger she got sent to foster care because her mother wasn't in the best position, but we'll get to that later. She had to move in with her mother to get Laetitia back and now they have a care worker watching over her family, who isn't afraid to take away Laetitia. She says that to the whole family itself and everyone is pissed. Laetitia is safe for the time being, but I don't quite know what may happen.

The next part that happened on where I left off is where Laetitia meet her moms friend from church, Miss Pierre. She seems to be some kind of exorcist, I'm not quite sure to be honest. But apparently, she told Laetitia this wasn't the first time all of this happened in her family, which I am fairly confused about and I'll read more about it later hopefully. She ended up making Laetitia's mom cleanse their whole house in bleach to cleanse away the evil spirits in their house, it was pretty weird to be honest. She then made crosses in olive oil around the doors in the house. That's as far as I got so I hope you can tune in next time!
